About Me:
I was 18 years old in 1967. My son was born just after my 19th birthday. I gave him up for adoption because I thought that would be the best thing for him. It took me almost 24 years to discover the good in that situation for me. I lived all those years in pain from the loss of him, not realizing his birth is the blessing that altered my life...in trying to be "good enough" for him...for him to be proud of me as his birth mother...I became someone, not only he could love, but that I could love. In my thirties, I began a family and had three more children. Now they are 22, 24, and 26 years old and their brother, my first born will be forty years old on may 27, 1968.
My hearts desire, my fondest wish, my greatest & strongest intent is that we are able to be a part of each others life's. I want him to know he is and was loved. I want to answer any and every question he has every had about "why & how come?" I want to be there for him the way he has always been present for me. Wi |
