About Me:
I was born in a Los Angelas County Hospital and was adopted thru the Adoption Institute nearby on December 15, 1952 to a couple living in La Crescenta, California.The adoption was finallized on Oct.8,1953. Ben Hoffman represented The Adoption Institute and my adoptive parents were represented by attorney Edward L. Butterworth out of LA.Decree of adoption number is AD27427.
