Thanks for the post Carolyn. I recently found my birth mother about 6 months ago. It was great to feel all the pain I'd felt go away. But now it's replaced with an unexpected sadness, even though everything is going relatively well. --99fan (Tom)

About Me:
I am a mother of six beautiful kids (three of each).
I was blessed with two wonderful mothers, each whom I deeply adore.
While I appear very open, there is a lot that is underneath that I don't share. What seems cold or unfeeling, is hiding extreme loss that I have only shared with a select few. I do not have to explain myself or my actions to them, they have been there through every step of the storm and understand why I do what I do without judgement, without explaination with compassion and understanding.
