 September until 01/09:Researching to find right country and adoption agency for International Adoption.
February '09:Finally found right adoption agency, but decided to pursue domestic instead. Now the wait begins.

Hi Susan, we changed our mind after talking to 2 agencies that both said the Nepal program isn't very stable right now, plus they all seem to have a waiting list longer than 10 couples already. Did not like rule about 10 adoptions per agency per year
